Everest Nutrition Krill Oil Review and Giveaway

Krill Oil About:
I was very excited about learning about Everest Nutrition Krill Oil
Krill Oil has more beneficial healthful properties than Fish Oil according to an article from Dr. Oz (Read more: A new Omega-3: Krill Oil).  A fact that stood out to me about Krill oil is that it contains natural phospholipids which allows our bodies to absorb the Omega 3s into our bodies more efficiently. Everest Nutrition Krill Oil also does not have the worry of mercury!  It is 100% Cold Pressed Antarctic Krill Oil.

Benefits of Krill Oil:
  • Lower the risk of Cardiovascular Disease
  • Help Lower Cholesterol
  • Help Reduce Inflammation
  • Fight PMS Symptoms
  • Decreased Joint Pain
My fitness coach, Dustin, recommended Krill oil supplements if I was really looking for something to supplement my nutrition.  So when I was contacted to review Everest Nutrition Krill Oil, I was exited!
My Review:
When I first opened the bottle I did give the insides a quick sniff.  It did unsettle my stomach a little because it does smell like shrimp!  Having a glass of milk handy, I took two pills and popped them back.  To my surprise it was  not bad of an experience at all.  All day I was waiting for the dreaded burp ups people talk about when taking Fishy Pills.  The Everest Nutrition Krill Oil did not give me any trouble in that department.  I did not feel queasy as I thought it would make me feel.  After a month of using the product, I have to say that I have not experienced anything bad with this Krill Oil.

The only thing that I have to warn others who may purchase Krill Oil is to be prepared if you decide to take a quick whiff into the bottle.  It does smell bad, but as far as taste goes, I give it a 5/5 for I do not experience any aftertaste of the Krill Oil.

I feel that it has helped me feel more complete in a nutritional health aspect. It is stockful of healthy benefits that it is hard not to pass up taking these on a daily basis.  For one thing, I have very sensitive skin, and according to the information I have researched concerning Krill Oil--it helps with inflammation.  My skin has periods of psoriasis flares and I think by taking this supplement it will help with those episodes where my skin does get inflamed.  I have noticed a slight bit of improvement with my skin but cannot say or confirm if it is the effects of the Krill oil or my own skincare products, great weather, or healthier diet.  Overall, I think knowing that I am doing all that I can for my body by taking supplements makes me feel more of a healthy person and ensures that I am doing all I can to prevent disease.

I like this perspective by Dr. Mercola:
What I seek to do is apply the truths that essentially allow our body's health to take precedence.  Disease is less likely to occur once you've incorporated healthy habits involving food, diet, exercise and sleep into your lifestyle.
Even Dr. Mercola recommends and praises Krill Oil as a supplement for us!
