So I have posted about the Squat Challenge on Tuesday, and wanted to let you know that yesterday was by far one of the toughest in terms of soreness! I am on Day 3 with 65 Squats done. I am not so sore, and feeling great. Do not get me wrong it was challenging to get to 65, but I am awful happy I pressed through. I am feeling a bit more stronger and my legs and bum are gaining muscle and losing fat little by little.
