Garnier Fructis--Triple nutrition Shampoo and Conditioner Review

What do I think of the new Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo and Hair Conditioner? 

The Smell is invigorating and delightful.  My roommate always had amazing smelling hair, and walking into the bathroom after she was done showering was like walking into a a garden!  She used Garnier Fructis.
So I was thrilled when it was me who was taking the shower, and lathering the delightful yummy scents into my hair.  When I was done showering, it was my husband who had the sensation of walking right into a garden of apple orchards!  I do not know what took me so long to actually use Garnier Fructis!

The Triple Nutrition Shampoo seems a bit too strong for my hair.  I use it sparingly because a little bit of it lathers up my hair quite easily, and I have really really long hair.  For the most part, the light apple-like scent is nice, and I find that it is a real treat lathering the Shampoo into my hair.
The Shampoo itself contains lightweight oils such as Avocado, Olive, and Shea which work to add oils in my hair to keep it from drying out.  Though I have to say I have started to shampoo my hair about twice a week just because I found my hair becoming oily if I shampoo on a daily basis.  I think everyone's hair responds differently--and for me, shampooing twice a week is just about right.  I found that by using this product my natural oils tended to over react and get my hair too oily.  I am not quite sure I react this way, the shampoo does contain sulfates to get it to lather.

The Garnier Fructis Conditioner is amazing! It smells great, and I feel that it does not strip my hair of oils. The creamy luscious texture of the Conditioner treats my hair to a wonderful dose of intense moisturization. I like that my hair does not feel dry afterwards and what is left is a headful of soft shiny, scented hair! I have very long hair, and it seems that it needs more just of a conditioning to help keep it looking healthy. So I am a frequent user of Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner.

I am excited to learn that Garnier Fructis is taking steps in advocating a greener and more friendly product. They are a new bottle that is made out of PET the most widely recycled plastic. 30% of bottle is recycled material.   And Secondly, I am happy to discover that they created a new line of shampoo that contains no parabens, no silicones, and no dyes—Pure Clean by Garnier Fructis. On top of liking their new line of Triple Nutrition products, I think that I will have to visit my nearest grocery store and see if they have Pure Clean products! I kind of wish that Garnier Fructis would apply this idea of Pure Clean to all of their products. That way we can choose anything.  I would not hesitate to try out their Pure Clean as I am all for something that is without parabens, silocnes, and dyes.  I really enjoyed using this product by Garnier Fructis, and can only imagine that their greener and friendlier product will be to my liking!
