Taking up the challenge to get out of bed to work out can be rough! So what can a person do to motivate himself into getting up and putting our body through working out?
- Motivation
- Visually get your mind motivated about where you want to be in a month.
- Rewarding yourself can help motivate you--positive reinforcement! How about for every time you work out, think about taking a luxurious spa like bath afterwards. Or even rewarding yourself with a delicious protein shake?
- Set a Reasonable Goal
- Nothing gets you going than the accomplishment of reaching your goals!
- Beware not to set up an unreasonable impossible goal. That can work against you.
- Having Accountability
- Having others who you are personally accountable to can help motivate you to be faithful in your workouts and healthy eating
- Children and Kids--these little ones watch you and will start developing habits you form! Monkey see, monkey do! there is no other healthier accountability than your kids. You'd want them to be all that they can be by making right healthy choices for their lives, don't you?
